Yes, I love to travel! Up to 60 round trip miles outside of Richmond (23228) are included. Destination weddings exceeding 60 round trip miles may be subject to a travel and/or lodging fee. Travel fees are determined on a case by case basis
You will receive a sneak peek of your wedding within one week. Your final wedding gallery will be available within four to six weeks, and will include an average of 75-100 images per hour. The exact number of images will depend on the timeline, size of your family and bridal party, and how many details you have to be photographed.
All of your final images will be delivered in a beautiful online gallery, from which you are able to download directly to your computer or mobile device. Your gallery link will be available for one year. You and anyone you share the link with will have the option to order prints directly through the gallery. You will also receive a letter of printing rights, should you choose to use an outside lab.

Yes! I use a variety of lighting equipment and techniques, and am ready to shoot in any reception location.
Yes. Both photographers on your wedding day will have multiple camera bodies and an array of lenses, flash equipment, memory cards, etc. Sometimes technology fails, so we make sure to have a failsafe in place for every scenario.
In the unfortunate event that an illness or injury prevents me from being able to perform, a substitute photographer of comparable skill and shooting style will be provided. This information is listed in the contract signed by all parties prior to booking. I will make every effort to be there on your wedding day, but it is important to be prepared in case of emergency.
The engagement session serves as a “practice” for the wedding day, to work through any nerves from being photographed, and become comfortable with posing. Use this time to take a break from planning, have some fun with your partner, and walk away with beautiful portraits for your Save The Date or to display at your wedding reception.
Having a second shooter on your day will allow me to focus on the “must have” portraits, while the second photographer can focus on candid photos and creative detail shots. Having two photographers also allows more flexibility, so that we can be in two places at the same time, and capture even more images while shooting together.
Once you have decided that you are ready to move forward, we can begin the booking process. Your proposal will contain a quote, contract and invoice, which can be signed and paid online. I use a 3 payment system, and a retainer fee of 33% is due upon booking. The second payment of 33% is due 6 months prior to the wedding date, and the final balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding date. I accept payment via check, debit and/or credit card. Wedding dates are reserved once the contract is signed and retainer fee is paid.
