Cydnee and Corey were supposed to be married in June. Like many couples this year, they had to postpone their wedding due to world events. About a week or so before their new wedding date, there were a combination of unforeseen events, which ultimately resulted in another change of plans.
With everything happening in their lives, they decided it would be best to get married at Cydee’s family lake house surrounded by imemediate family and a few close friends. The ceremony would be recorded live for the rest of their guests to view safely from home.
When I arrived the day of, I was greeted with such warmth and kindness, and as the day progressed it was apparent I was in the company of some incredible people. I couldn’t count the number of times I heard reference to the term “Fr-amily” throughout the day, which was fitting to say the least.
The day went off without a hitch, despite the threat of a storm during the ceremony (which held off, thankfully!) After everything thrown their way, Cydnee had a nervous feeling they might not make it through the ceremony that day, but when she locked eyes with Corey as she was walking down the aisle, she knew it was finally happening.
A huge congrats, you two! I can’t wait to celebrate with you again next year at the reception!
